Introduction to Tai Chi Essential Training Method (Ba Fa Wu Bu)
WELBY Holistic Healing conducted a 5 hour summer workshop over two Wednesday evenings to a group of 10 participants from beginners to more advanced students in January 2020.
It was a perfect workshop for those would like to learn about authentic Tai Chi and movement biomechanics with proper guidance, to understand the purposes behind each move.
Over the course of two Wednesday this particular diverse workshop allowed participants of all levels from beginners who were just curious about Tai-Chi to more advance practitioners who wanted to consolidate their techniques as a bridging point to higher level of practice as well as to learn the latest standardised training method to the eight essential techniques and five footwork drills from Tai-Chi and Kungfu.
