About Cairo

Cairo is passionate about movements and human biomechanics. Due to her past experiences and her health issues, she has developed a keen interest in better health through movement. She finds her Tai Chi and Qigong training to be both beneficial physically and mentally to assist her in regaining strength, balance, and flexibility in her day-to-day life.

Before Cairo started her Tai Chi, Qigong, and Kung Fu journey, she was a committed ballet student under Miss Beverley Jane Fry at the National Theatre Ballet School and studied both Cecchetti and RAD syllabus until an injury occurred.
