Come join us for a series of warm up exercises combining self body percussion/ massage to all your joints, vital pressure points and mobility exercises as we then gently ease into a flowing sequence of Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi (18 movements with breathing and movements based on Tai Chi concepts aiming to invigorate your body). These simple, direct, effective exercise sessions are suitable for all capacities. You will walk out feeling calm yet energised.

Tai Chi at Kangaroo Flat Library sessions are sponsored as part of the Get Moving for Older Adults Program, so if you are over 60 and are interested or know anyone who are or will benefit from this fun program, please let them know!
